Worst realtor EVER. I couldn't really find him on google at the time but thought about our incident recently and figured I'd try again. In May 2019, in Tonawanda, he tried to sell me a tenant occupied house with TWO undisclosed liens on it. We got into the contract with the stipulation that the tenant would be gone before closing and at that time I didn't know about the liens. Problems began immediately.
