RecommendedChris did my home inspection. He took his time and explained everything. He made recommendations of what I should do in the near future to maintain my home and save money. He also found issues where I made requests of the seller to fix. I highly recommend Chris.
RecommendedHad our home inspection done with Chris. He is AWESOME. He showed up early to the inspection and had already started by the time I got there. All of our questions were answered and fully explained. The report that they he us after the Inspection was fantastic. His reports are very detailed, specific to the home, with a full explanation and color pictures describing everything. We would recommend and use again!

He is the kind of guy for who the job does not end once he has put a foot outside of the property. Reactive, report coming fast while being very detailed!
