My husband, Anthony and I had a wonderful experience with Chris and Kelly. From the moment we listed our home and then finding our dream home, we knew we were in good hands. Our home sold in a month, and we moved into our new home by month two. White glove service; handled so professionally. Superb knowlege of the current market, and Chris always had our best interest in mind during negotiations. And friendliness, which is very nice. I recommend Chris Phillips if you actually want the job done with care. ~ Sonya R.
Overall, an amazing experience! Chris and his team were impeccable! The photo's , staging and communication were top level. I strongly recommend! good people
The best realtor in the game. Was on top of everything and very patient with us as we searched for the perfect home. Never let us feel like we were alone and was super knowledgeable about the area and quick with recommendations.
Chris and Kelly work together as an unbeatable team. We moved away before selling our home and they came in and treated it as if they were selling their own home. They took responsibility, with our approval, for several troublesome issues during the process, while aggressively seeking a suitable buyer for our property. They steered us through a challenging market to a very good deal while being sensitive to our personal needs. We appreciate their commitment and professionalism.
