After this current experience of me canceling a warranty and not receiving $1600 and Chris Nikel dancing around, not returning calls, and them generally being dishonest, I will never be doing business with them again. Which is unfortunate because I will be a returning new car jeep dealer. Bob Moore has earned my business by doing nothing.
We recently took my car here for the service work, it was the worst experience i have had. First, the guy we was working with Abel he told us it would be covered under my warrent but then he told us it wasn't and it was going to cost $670. Then when we picked my car all my radio station were messed up and my car is pulling to the left now were calling i called the manager and he didnt nothing. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE TO GET THIS FIXED AND RIGHT!!!!
They beat out the best offer I could get from south point chrysler. Not only did they beat the offer, I got a lot more options on the car and a 4 year 50000 mile mantinance plan at no cost to me. I have purchased many new cars from many new car dealers over the years. Chris Nikel is by far the best dealer I have worked with. I would gladly buy from them again! I recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to shop here. You will not be disappointed. My salesman James was great. He was very helpful and friendly.

The Collision Center is awesome! They go above and beyond what's expected and are exceptional in their work and expertise. I have had to use them now 5 times since 2006. Every time I am amazed at how well they have taken the time to keep my vehicle as perfect as possible, with beautiful workmanship and factory parts. I hope I don't have to use them again anytime soon , but if needed I would only go there.
