Drove into Chris nickel at 10:30 a.m. today. I wanted an oil change, tune up, transmission flush, and coolant flush. At 3 p.m. I'm asking where my cars at apparently its been ready for a few hours ( yep they forgot about me while I was sitting right in front of them) and on top of all that they forgot the transmission flush and the coolant flush.

The only place to take a fiat and the service is the worst. I'm sitting in the service department while they change the oil and change out a tail light. They tell me that the tail light socket is bad and I need to talk to a service person to get it fixed. Talk to a service person who can't schedule an appointment because they only take appointments over the phone. So I sit back in the lobby and call the service dept and of course there's no answer. This dealership cannot stand behind what they say. I have a group call dishonest auto dealerships in tulsa. They have made and topped the list. It sucks that dodge would let them represent their products. I suggest everyone joins my group and be heard. Mayb if enough people get the experience out there these people will hear us.

I wish I'd went somewhere else. I bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler and within two months the soft top was leaking every time it rained and it'd never been down! Tried to call the service department and couldn't ever get anyone. Terrible service and I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from there.

I will more than likely never buy through them again..my wife and I purchased a used jeep w 30k miles that was a lease vehicle. It was supposably fully inspected. We got 800 miles and water pump went out leaving my wife stranded, 200 more miles and the starter locked up leaving her stranded again, and then passenger floor board and roof got completely soaked from a clogged condenser coil. A big THANK YOU to Justin Kallam and Stephany Hinton for making our car buying experience so easy. It was a true joy even with a three year old with us, from the no pressure sales, toy room for the little one, and a quick stop at the finance office to finish the paperwork. You guys are amazing!
