I called your service department back in September of 2015 when I got my first notice for the driver side airbag recall on my 2008 Dodge Ram that I bought brand new from Chris Nikels I called today January 25th because they never have returned my call from September now he's telling me that it will be March before they can do the work and they want me to leave it overnight for them to do a two hour job. I recently purchased a 09 Chrysler srt8 and I guess they used super glue for the oil drain plug and the oil filter couldn't take them out to save my life

We bought a jeep Cherokee last October. We were happy when bought it, but we have had issues with it for quite a while now. The transmission had to be completely replaced when it had 7,000 miles. The service department was not very helpful. They have horrible customer service. Most of the time my car is in the shop, I have to call them to get updates. I even had to email a manager to get someone to look at my car and give us a loaner. We will not buy another car from chris nikel.

Never do business with this company. I will go out of my way to discourage anyone from doing business with this company. 28,000 miles ago I had a check engine light come on in my 2006 Dodge 2500. I took it to Chris Nikel Chrylser Jeep Dodge Ram in Broken Arrow. I was told I had scratches on my cylinder walls. The scratches supposedly came from dirty that was in the air filter. took our 2015 jeep renegade in for a rear main seal (only 2600 miles) last Thursday. was told it would be ready Tuesday. Here it is Wednesday and cant get them to tell me what is going on. Wish I had never bought our car there. I should have know better from my previous experience. Wont make that mistake again!!!

A few months ago I purchased an SRT8 from Chris Nikels, The car had a check engine light that continued to come on, The service dept. had the car in the shop 7 different times trying to solve the problem, each time replacing parts. After the 7th time I decided we needed to move on, I traded the car in on another challenger and when MR Nikel was made aware of the situation he went out of his way to make it right. Mr NikeI I appreciate the phone call and the upgrade to the new car. I will be back when I need another car.

We have bought quite a few cars from Chris Nikels. However, we will never buy another car from them. My husband bought a Dodge Challenger and it was in the shop three out of the five months he owned. Each time he got it back he would drive down the road the check engine light would come back on. He finally had them buy it back and get a different one.
