We purchased a Jeep Latitude last October after repeatedly stating we wanted a 6 cylinder. We also asked about the gas tank capacity & were told it is 20 gallons. Later, it was discovered the capacity is only 15.8 gallons and the vehicle is only a 4 cylinder. Mike novacich hey salesman for the Beaman dealership in Troy, Missouri told me on Facebook a vehicle had a five year powertrain warranty. I spent two days negotiating and we came to an agreement after my wife’s credit was pulled. My Wife and I came here looking for a vehicle to purchase that was found online and we lucked out with the help of Mr. Sam Tew. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and upfront. Any question we had, he answered and he the ones he didn’t know on the spot, he made to research and give us the answer. He was also extra patient with us when we came across a little hiccup with a lender and even looked to get us a better deal to overcome our problem.
