I reached out to get help looking for buyers. Got a condescending response instead. Will not reach out to his business ever again.
Chris was very condescending, we found him on Zillow. We tried him on several occasions and he was horrible! We gave him chance after chance but he failed consistently. I would look for another realtor and skip Chris if you want to deal with someone with better experience and temperament. For only 60 reviews over 25 years, you would think he would be a little more reasonable. Especially since Raleigh is a busy market and the way he acts, these reviews seems a bit "manufactured".
