This company is amongst the best! I have an Andreja Premium and recently had my first problems after nearly 8 years of daily, light-commercial use. They troubleshot my machine in a few email exchanges, put parts in the mail quick, and just like that, my machine is back at it! Thanks!

I purchased a Duetto 3 from Chris Coffee Service about a year ago and the steam boiler stopped working for some reason. I got very patient help from Tim at the service department over the phone and walked me through diagnosing the machine and got me back up and running. My interaction with Chris Coffee Service from the beginning (including Chris himself answering my questions before purchasing) until now have been simply top-notch! Can't speak highly enough of them. Thank you so much!
Special thanks to Tim and Roger in the service department. They were a huge help in getting me back up and running with my Andreja Premium today! I replaced the circuit board along with some other components and could not have gotten by with out their help. Their customer service is second to none! (I wrote this review on Friday and posted it in the wrong place)
