👎👎👎 Don't ever buy from this shop! I placed an order of $900 for my Lenia Mini, After one day, without any special notice or warning, I saw that my order was cancelled with some unbelievable and weird excuse: "cancelled because it triggered numerous fraud indicators"' SAY WHAT???? I'm glad I didn't order from this awful store! if this is their service I wonder how is their product!! They was just rude and don’t know to give a basic service 👎👎👎

The fact that you were not notified before your order was canceled is due to a policy that ANY order, which appears to be fraudulent, should be canceled immediately to protect our customers and everyone's credit card information. While your order may not have been fraudulent, it followed patterns of previous orders. We apologize that yours was canceled. Our policy is to protect our customer's information at all costs, even if it directly impacts our bottom line.

Any issues I had they help me troubleshoot, they never left my side and this is the only coffee company me and colleagues will do business with for our gear. The worst people to deal with good luck getting someone to call you back and help you after a year your sol really bad company I’ll add to the google review all they do is tell you what to do and want you to fix the bad product they sale they are zero help to small businesses

Wonderful coffee. The best staff around. You can not go wrong with Chris’s coffee.
You can tell the quality of a business by the attitude of staff when a stranger walks in....I drove in from Syracuse to check out an espresso machine and immediately knew it was the right place as the employees were engaging, immediately helpful, and I noted great positive energy all around. After a short walk around and demo by Mark, bought an espresso machine and grinder on the spot for my restaurant. Open an office in Syracuse, Chris' Coffee! We need your sales and service!
Really wish I could recommend Chris Coffee, I read so many positive reviews on forums. But in my case I purchased an expensive pressure profiling Quick Mill, and after 3-4 months the pressure just dropped, pretty sure it was some defect in the electromagnetic pump. They were slow to pass to off to a technical guy who admitted he had no experience with this new espresso machine. And after about six back and Firth’s just didn’t answer my emails. So I’m left with an expensive lump on metal.
Chris' Coffee didn't stand behind their product that broke within the first month of use (and it wasn't cheap!). Not a good experience for me and I won't be buying from them again.
Excellent, fast and friendly service! Love 'em!
