I recently purchased a Rocket Giotto Revoluzione. My salesman Kyle went above and beyond my expectations. He was great to work with and answered all my questions and helped me pick a great machine. I can't recommend Chris'Coffee enough.
These guys are so helpful and are willing to spend time on the phone to help you get the parts you need to fix it yourself if you need to. Super happy with the service we've gotten since we first bought our Alex Duetto II from them.

I am so glad that I bought my espresso machine and other equipment from Chris' Coffee. I have had my machine a few months and developed a flow problem. Chris' Coffee took charge, had me send my machine to them and pronto, the machine came back working so much better. The personal attention that the staff gave me, the opportunity to talk directly to Joe, who kept me up to date.
