Last week picked up 5# fresh roasted and ground Peru decaf, and 1# Monoon Malabar espresso! My car still smells wonderful,and the pantry where the coffee is stored until we drink it all up is delightful. Can you imagine how great it is to drink!
I had a bad day about a month ago...My Quick Mill QM67 was not pumping the way it was supposed to. A simple phone call to Chris Coffee to discuss the symptoms revealed that it was probably the Ulka Pump. While I am mechanically inclined, I was somewhat concerned about doing the work but was reassured that I should have no problem. Best coffee roaster and distributor/machine distributor around. The owners are very focused on customer satisfaction, email personally at any time of day or night and their passion is very obviously, coffee and it shows. A great, family-owned and run operation that I highly recommend.
I love this company. They spent lot's of time educating me on product and how to make good espresso. I purchased a Vesuvius dual-boiler, variable pressure unit Fall 2015 and considerably improved [and increased] my espresso experience! I recommend Chris' Coffee to anyone in the US that wants to add equipment to their daily coffee experience!! I cannot say enough good things about the quality of their service and support before, during, and after the sale!!!

I purchased a Duetto 3 and a year later it developed a problem with the intake valve due to mineral buildup. It proved to be an easy fix once we figured out the issue. Tim in service was incredibly patient and helpful and sent very clear photos and instructions via email for how to diagnose and ultimately resolve the issue (at no cost). I would happily buy from them again and recommend them to all fellow coffee geeks!
