Never again with Mr. Chris Bruno. Dealing with Mr. Bruno was a nightmare from the very beginning, I get he’s old school, but come on! I couldn’t tell who’s side he was on, argued my vehicles damage with me, argued my back injuries with me, I told him i wanted 3 MRIs because I was injured in 2018 after being rear ended, and on the phone Mr. Bruno was telling me no for the thoracic MRI because thoracic disc herniations are very rare when I have 4 of them! Mr Bruno was very helpful at a time when I was in too much pain to think for myself. He took care of setting up everything for me. My truck repairs, all medical appointments and surgery. He's extremely pleasant to speak with and comforting throughout the process. I wouldn't think twice about calling on him again for help.
