BUYER BEWARE .....Truck was nice sale went pretty easily ed was OK my problem started after I purchased the truck had a couple issues the E brake didn’t work so I failed inspection, there was a buzzing sound coming from underneath the vehicle which when I took the owner John for a ride he acted as if he couldn’t hear and you could hear it from 20 feet away his reply was can’t fix something I can’t hear and laughed also steering wheel had like 3inches of play in the wheel before the wheels turn he told me there was nothing he... read more
The owner of this place has lied to and screamed at my mother in-law. Extremely unprofessional!!!! He and a Vernon man named Gary Corbeil have a relationship together selling cars that are faulty. Supposedly all that was wrong with the car was brakes. Well after the car being looked at it needs head gaskets, brakes, a timing belt and a cam shaft. They have been caught in multiple lies about repair work not being done and are both sexist scams artists! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!
RecommendedI highly recommend Chris Auto South! We had looked around at many dealerships in MA and CT and had some bad experiences. We had never bought a used car before and Ed took that stress away! The nice gentleman in their tow truck flipped me off while he was blowing a red light. NOT VERY PROFESIONAL FELLA!
Ignoring the fact that we had to bring our vehicle back 3-4 times before it would even pass inspection- John (who I can only assume is the owner) completely lashed out at me over the phone because I challenged him on an unfair charge that should have been fixed the first time we had to bring the vehicle back. At first I would have given them a great review, however after the way I was yelled at over the phone, I will NEVER do business with them again.
