Nice doctor but only met him for 5 minutes to sign a waiver hours before my surgery. He lacks follow up care (haven’t saw him in 4 days post op). He takes hours upon hours to answer vital post op medication and infectious disease questions which leave you in pain and uncertainly. Very inconsiderate. Been waiting 5+ hrs for discharge and he’s once again is the wrench in the cog. Every other dr has signed me off hours ago. Inconsiderate d’bag, or ego maniac? One star only because this application does not allow you to post none. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any medical professional. It took them over a month to get me scheduled for even a consultation, Dr. Lycette could not even bother to make the call himself, and when they did schedule me, they did not even specify which office. Reading over the online comments regarding Dr. Lycette both good and bad and I understand both sides; however, the law in the state of PA dictates what can be written about all doctors/companies/organizations if a lawsuit or other pending litigation is filed. My guess is Dr. Lycette has had some issues and people are unable to be completely open and honest. Research all your doctors and ask them questions before you agree to let them operate. Whether they won or lost ask them to be honest if they have ever been sued and hope... read more
Had surgery in 2017 w/Dr.Lycette what a fantastic Dr. Had 2 previous surgeries with other Doctors. Lived with chronic pain for 36 years until seeing Dr. Lycette. 98%pain free. Thanks , Dr.Lycette from the bottom of my heart, you made a wonderful difference in my life.
I suffer from too many ailments, requiring many, many, many surgeries. I found that Dr. Lycette is a wonderful doctor. He actually listened to me go on and on with my issues. June 2019, he did a cervical fusion and I must admit that it did help a bit. October 2019, he had to open my low back to work on my lumbar spine to literally, as he said, "Put things back together". I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
