One star is actually horrific. Stay away from this company, not only are they unorganized, and rude but they will do one of the worst jobs you could ever imagine. You can tell just by the way they respond to customers in the comments. Absolutely disgusting. Ana varela is one of the worst humans, rude, loud, doesn’t listen, treats people like garbage. This company should be out of business and will be soon. Stay away.

Chow Roofing showed No ethical values. Mr Edwin(No roofing license) and his "CEO" wife Ana Varela... Both Unprofessional and unethical. 2024 biggest regret using this company. STAY AWAY from them. Low quality workmanship and overpriced labor. No respect for customers. Miami be afraid!!
Hicimos el techo c el señor Edwin en enero del 2019, nos dio 10 años de garantía, desde hace meses ha tenido q venir después de varias llamadas insistiéndole para q mandara a alguien a resolver el problema, nosotros recién reparamos la casa completa y ahora siguen saliendo problemas de humedad en el techo de la sala y en la cocina por 3 vez, nos dice q ya tenemos q pagar la reparación porque la garantía solo cubre la mano de obra, osea tenemos q pagar materiales por un mal trabajo que ellos hicieron, si quieren sufrir todas ... read more
