Horrible. We came to CHOP behavioral health seeking therapy services for our 4 year old child who had been diagnosed with anxiety and depression by CHOP previously. They put us through 4 months of waiting and assessments before telling us that they DO NOT PROVIDE THERAPY. They gave us two phone numbers for government services and sent us on our way. We did not succeed in getting therapy for our son through either of these phone numbers. Huge waste of time. Incredibly misleading.
I absolutely love my daughter’s psychiatrist! She answers questions in the portal the same day, takes my thoughts into consideration regarding treatment, is actively involved with my daughters school, and talks to my daughter (she’s 7) like she’s a person and gets her input as well.
If zero stars was on option for Dr. Challah and Chop psychiatry I would. Never has a parent felt so dismissed and a child so misdiagnosed. Shame shame. Dr. Challah has the poorest bedside manner of any medical doctor I have ever met. Her medical license should be revoked as well as those who take any kind of direction from her. She is the absolute worst uncaring individual u have ever met
Nothing but good things to say about my son's psychiatrists. Very professional, compassionate, understanding. He has come a long way thanks to the CHOP Center for Advanced Behavioral Healthcare. Never had any issues with his medication and communication is fantastic through the patient portal.
