After moving to Knoxville three years ago from Houston, Texas my daughter and I have been through several stylists/salons. We finally made our way To Chop Shop and could not be happier. These ladies know their stuff! Very professional with an honest and knowledgeable approach. Thank you Chop Shop...We finally found our home for our most important asset. As my momma would say "you can go out without your makeup done but never your hair". <3 The Miller's

I went to Cindy at Chop Shop for the first time last Saturday (5/14). It was an awesome experience. The decor is super cool. Everybody was friendly. Cindy was awesome. She had ideas for haircut and color and gave me the best haircut I've gotten in years. I can't wait to go back for color.

So I was lost and now found....again thanks to Cindy Lou! Long story short I went in with black/brown colored hair that was supposed to be medium blonde! I was panicking.....husband said it looked like hair that old men have who try to dye it black. That's how bad it looked. Started googling Cindy Lou, because she did my hair years ago before Chop Shop! Thank you Jesus....I find her ....call and the sweet receptionist can work me in that Saturday. For my husbands birthday I decided to get my extremely long hair cut into something sexy.I went to the Chop Shop for the first time and saw Cindy Lou. I didn't know how it needed to be styled for my face and wish to not use hair product so I told her to do what she felt would look best. I could not be happier with the awesome customer service, hot stylists, exposed brick, huge hanging mirrors and trendy music. Cindylou is officially my new stylist!

I've been to the Chop Shop twice now and I've had a great experience both times. This last haircut has to be one of the best experiences I've had though. I was Cindy Lu's last customer of the night and I got a little brave before I went in and decided to ask what she thought of cutting off about 10 inches. I've never had my hair that short and I'd been working up the nerve for about two months. She was so awesome. The chop shop is the best! The stylist are all so great, they are professional and really hip and cutting edge. Cindy Lou is amazing... she really listens to what you want and executes it perfectly. I also trust in her ability to go in and say, do what you think would look good and it turns out awesome. Knoxville is so fortunate to have this business, so much talent and such a great atmosphere!

I am a huge fan of the Chop Shop. I have been going to Cindy for several years and have referred all of my friends and family. Now several of my family and friends go as well. The cut is always great, and it continues to look good as it grows out....that is a great cut! Also, Cindy does an amazing job with color. Her staff is friendly and helpful, and I would recommend to anyone.

Just had a GREAT hair cut and color at the Chop Shop. Cindy Lou does fabulous work and the atmosphere is very fun. Andi gives a great massage with the shampoo. If you need a pick me up, just make an appointment with any of the great stylists/artists at the Chop Shop. Whether trendy, sassy or just plain gorgeous is how you roll - the Chop Shop has you covered.
