On time, pleasant staff, and all the nurses and doctors we have seen are patient, caring, and competent. I have confidence in their diagnosis, and they do not belittle parents for doing their own research, and listen and respect parents' wishes. My favorite is Dr. Krishnan, she's seen all my kids grow for 7 years, now! :)
Dr. Youssef has taken care of our daughter and son since they were born (14 years, 12 years). She is very thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. The whole practice is welcoming and very accommodating. Her recommendations for specialists, when needed, is excellent. We feel we are in the best care possible with Collegeville Pediatrics.
For the most part staff there is incredibly accommodating. Although when it comes to appointments sometimes it all has to be up to a computer instead of the common sense of somebody with a pulse. I just discovered the CHOP App and the way you could benefit me keeping track of my daughters appointments and having a complete record that I can print out at will. I've never waited less than an hour here, despite being on time and with paperwork completed prior to arrival online. The staff is entirely indifferent to the children. This office puts a bad mark on the entire CHOP system.
