Why have a drive thru if you make your customer(s) wait over 40 minutes on one meal that's been called in over one hour prior to your arrival time???
Choo Choo BBQ is great. The BBQ meat is terrific. The service is outstanding. The BBQ meat that the SDHS band booster served at the parent/community fundraiser was purchased from Choo Choo BBQ. Tripp allowed me to add at the last minute. His staff loaded the BBQ in the rain in my vehicle with a smile. I highly recommend it for big functions and just going to eat there with family。 My daughter and I enjoy the fried pickles. Thank you to Tripp and all the staff that made the BBQ meat part terrific at the fundraiser.
Had lunch from Choo Choo truck on Sunday at Chattanooga Market, people were very nice BBQ very good. On Monday went to Hixson Pike location for lunch, people were not nice, they were out of several things, like meat . . . and to top it off I left tip in coin dollars . . .guess the waitress was offended, because she threw coins in a jar just to hear them rattle and make her point and other girl laughed at us. . .guess they are too far back in the woods to recognize a coin dollar!
Had a great lunch catered for guys at Ready Mix USA. Food was awesome and comes with everything you need from plates to serving utensils. Nice touch with the squeeze bottle of sauce so we didn't spill it everywhere. Will definitely call for my next event. Thanks Choo Choo!
For Chattanooga BBQ this is good. They do smoke their meat, has a subtle smoked flavor. The daily specials are really the highlight. The Brunswick Stew is one of the best in town!
LOVE!!!!!!! this place Good food great staff. My wife and I will be back again and again.
Pulled pork is quite good, the ribs are mediocre...at best....the sides are frozen prepacked, or out of a can....nothing to be excited about......
