Very inconsistent. Especially with the service. Call in order and they left out my wife's meal that I paid for. I didn't discover it was missing until I got home. When I called the lady I spoke with was not apologetic. She said next time I come in I can get the item for free. On a different occasion I was in the drive thru and placed my order. Thank you Choo Choo BBQ for the awesome pulled pork. Woke up this morning and decided I wanted some BBQ for Labor Day. The person I talked to on the phone was so nice and helpful. Pork was tender and juicy with no fat!
The best barbeque in town!! Always fresh and tasty! They make me want to eat bbq everyday!!

Moved practically across the street 5 years ago, and this location is my go-to place for BBQ sandwich. I'm a Memphis girl, so I know my Q. ChooChoo has the best in town. However, I tend to buy a container of their smoked chicken salad more often....it is wonderful. The beans and slaw are good, but as for the other veggies I have tried, they are lacking in flavor and seasoning. Miss the half grilled chicken they used to have. Always liked Choo Choo Bbq but today at 1:46 pm was a let down at the drive thru!!!Cudnt pull up to the speaker because of a large truck picking up an order..l heard a lady ask if she cud help me but wasn't close enough for her to hear me..So when l did pull up to order..l sat ther 10 mins or so and NOONE EVER took my order.So l drove off but l must say whoever was working the window was slacking a bit!! Cudve told me she wud be been right with me or SOMETHING!
I always enjoy the barbecue sandwich, baked beans and potato salad. This last visit, I tried the fried catfish and it was wonderful! The sweet tea was great also! This wasn't my first visit and it won't be my last!
