I checked in with my dog and was going out and left my dog in room she was barking as I just left her and the district manager immediately ran out to me in parking lot and abruptly said you can’t leave your 10 lb dog in the room. I explained I had already talk with the manager and said my dog barks for 5 min then settles down. James said I over ride that and you must take ur dog out of room now. He was very rude and I walked back and got her. This man needs to be fired for the way he spoke to me.
I deeply appreciate Cody’s knowledge, honesty, and professionalism throughout many years of visiting his office and interacting with him.
