Very kind, pleasant to both myself and my husband
I had my hearing aids cleaned and we discussed the issue of them being 5 years old and still working fine. I appreciated the professionalism of Dr.Tripp and Jennifer and I am still very happy she chose to have her office in Loudon. It is so convenient.
I am a first time hearing aid wearer. Dr. Tripp performed a thorough hearing test and explained the results thoroughly in ways I understood. I never felt rushed.
The Dr fully explained all my options and what to expect going forward. She was able to show me graphically my results of the tests so I could see where I fell. She truly provides a one on one experience.
