Thorough, professional and convenient.
Choice and Dr Tripp are to be considered as first rate. I took a damaged hearing aid in for a repair that ended up being beyond their capabilities and I left with a loaner set to use until mine were repaired and returned.
Dr Tripp is great and very knowledgeable about the hearing aides. If it was too loud..buzzing.. echos she fixed it all. Proper fit also. I highly recommend her.
Well today is my first day. An my Hearing has improved Greatly. My major issue seems to be them Not staying in my Ears. They are Slipping Back out. An the right side one has static in it. I feel sure on My Return in Two weeks. The DR will address these issues. An fix them.
