9-16-25 Annual hearing test was professional and completed in a timely manner. Thank you! 1-9-25 Had issues with charger and they were able to get me in and loan me a charger...so far so good and thank you for letting me drop in! Professional and personal. It's nice to be able to depend on the same person/s and quality of service for each appointment.
I had a wonderful experience at Choice Audiology in Loudon. I had been putting this off for several years, but I was immediately put at ease upon arrival. The exam was thorough and I didn't feel any pressure to purchase hearing aids. All my questions were addressed and I am excited to be working with them. Choice is definitely the right for me.
Very happy with the service and friendly staff! Outfitted me with the perfect hearing aids and I can now hear conversations clearly. I’ve stopped by unannounced for adjustments and they always take me in!!! When I had a hearing aide problem they even gave me loaners while the others were sent back for warranty… Thank you Dr Tripp and staff!!!
