I am happy to recommend Choice Audiology in Loudon, TN -- Dr Tripp is always professional & friendly. Jessie Greene (technical specialist) really listens to patients and tweaks the hearing aids to update what l need. The staff there is top notch! Christine Baker, very satisfied patient
The doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. The testing was very easy as well.
I was not pleased with the first visit because something was wrong with one of the batteries from them for my Oticon hearing aids, but Choice Audiology made it right and I am extremely pleased.
