Easy and smooth process throughout. I sent an email displaying interest in purchasing a Gonstead cervical chair and James reached out to me the next morning. He asked me very thorough questions making sure everything was perfect. From reaching out to James to receiving the chair was only one week. Nothing but great things to say about this company. Great quality! Great craftsmanship! I recently opened an office and shopped around far a Gonstead Set and a Drop Table, I needed it within a month. Choate custom built the entire order and shipped to my front door in Houston within 3 weeks for a great price. I had the option to customize from a variety of fabrics, wood, accessories (straps, arm rest etc.) I would recommend Choate Tables to my colleagues.
