After Dr B left, nobody could fill her shoes. Dr Oey is great if you like a passive doctor. The Indian lady who mans the front desk needs an attitude makeover. She's terrible for business. Love everything about Chisholm Trail! We always get an appointment and they take the greatest care of our little family.
We have been bringing our daughter here since she was born in September. We love coming here! Dr. Gaty is so kind, answers all our questions (we're first-time parents so we probably have a lot), never makes us feel rushed, and overall just has a very calm and reassuring presence. The front office staff is always welcoming and the nurses are top-notch. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of a pediatrician.
We didn’t mind coming here even though we felt the service was a little impersonal with Dr. Gaty. Once our toddler was hospitalized for a bad infection on his foot this establishment really became unsatisfactory. Calling for advice, scheduling a follow up to make sure everything was healing okay, to our visit was all sub par. They treated us like strangers and even Dr. Gaty was very hands off and expressed no compassion. These people just go down a checklist with your kid. Our dermatologist is 10x better. Doctor Benhammou is far the best doctor my kids have ever seen. She is above and beyond, caring, attentive. Don’t let her go. You guys had another good doctor but he retired. She is awesome, exception and one of a kind!
