Lazy staff, not customer friendly Even if they are listed as a "In Network Provider " they will make you call for authorization while you wait in a over crowded lobby which no other "In Network Provider " will have you do. Wasn't told to do so when I made the appointment so the just wasted my time. The lobby also looks like they over book appointments. I would not recommend these guys
