I would strongly caution anyone considering this clinic. As both a former employee and patient, I saw firsthand the deceptive practices at play. The so-called "information sessions" are nothing more than sales pitches designed to push expensive memberships and unnecessary treatments. Patients are pressured early on to leave positive reviews, and any negative feedback is met with defensive and dismissive responses rather than genuine attempts to address concerns. More than just chiropractic treatment, Dr. Freddie uses multiple modes of assessment to ensure steady improvement in your physical wellbeing. While X-rays and posture photos are valuable it’s sometimes the simplest things like standing on 2 scales and seeing they don’t give the same one half your weight that drive home the value of continuing your treatment. Thoroughly recommend this clinic.
