At 58 years old I made my very first visit to a chirpractor...which is Dr Heath. My best friend suggested I go because of some back issues I was having. I was very skeptical, thinking no way anyone could help me with my poor posture I have had my entire life. I am very happy to say I have never felt better. I have more energy than I have had for years and the aches and pains I didn't even know I had are gone. I highly recommend Dr Heath.

I’ve been going to see Dr. Heath at Chiropractic First since August and could not be happier with the continued improvement I have been experiencing. Not only is my pain gone, but my posture has improved, my balance is strengthened, and I’m sleeping great every night. Chiropractic First has a great team and I am looking forward to continued health and well being in their capable hands.
Dr. Heath and his staff are amazing! They are so friendly and always greet everyone by their name. They really make you feel at home!! The information they provide is so easy to understand and you can really see how having subluxations causes issues with your health. Since I’ve been getting adjusted regularly, it has helped me sleep so much better! I can truly tell a difference in how often I feel my back pain as well!
