Hands down the best Chiro office I have been to. The staff is awesome and Dr. Heath can make me feel great every visit.
I started going to Chiropractic First around fall of 2019. Soon after in early January I found out I was pregnant! I kept going for my regular adjustments and they helped with early pregnancy aches and pains. Due to Covid I did take a break to reduce my risk of exposure for me and my baby but picked up again when I hit the 3rd trimester. Everything Dr. Heath says and does makes sense. Prior to coming to Chiropractic First I woke up every morning to pain in my lower back. Not pleasant. Not fun. I have had several treatments to deal with my spine which has been out-of- alignment. I feel an improvement already. Hope this will lead to a more energized me! A few years ago I had this pain in my back that I could not seem to alleviate on my own. I did what most people do and googled my pain, all the results that came back were pointing to chiropractic care. I knew absolutely nothing about chiropractic care at the time, nor did I know which office to choose. I went off of a whim and chose Chiropractic First. Well, when I was very young my grandparents lived right down the street. I can remember seeing the skeleton sign all the time. As I grew older I had scoliosis and didn't know it.
