I wish I could give them 0 stars, but I have nothing to report because they never started my trial. I’m a healthcare professional and own a primary health care clinic- we perform mostly telemedicine visits. I signed up for a trial for 2 weeks, I was asked to input my credit card info but was told I wouldn’t be charged until my trial is over. Do not use!!! If your Dr's office use this company for tele visits, be very careful. They don't bill your insurance company & they charge you the full amount for your visit instead of your copays. They tell you it's the Dr's office but it's really them that charged your card. Horrible to do this to people at this time with all that's going on!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Crashes often in my experience. Call their number and "no agent available" and hangs up. Is this a scam?

Great company! They have great customer service and the employees are very kind and helpful!
They need to improve customer support, this company never provided to me the enough support to go live telemedicine, however they charged my credit card for a service no provided. They do not have a phone number you can call to get the support needed!
