Dr. Saario sees myself and all three of my children for sports related injuries and preventative measures. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped all of us so much!!! I highly recommend him!!!

Great doctor and great facility! This was my first time ever visiting a chiropractor so I was pretty skeptical about the benefits but quickly realized just after the first visit that i had been wrong all along. Pain that i had for years i could already feel Improvement in those areas. Everything was ran smoothly and there was never an uncomfortable moment. If first impressions is what makes or breaks bonds. Then im hooked cause ill never go withOUT this treatment again!!
Fantastic experience. Very friendly staff. I got hurt early morning called and they got me in right away with no wait time. Dr. Saario was very efficient and knowledgeable.
Dr. Saario went out of his way to help me as I was in extreme pain. Walking was almost out of the question. He quickly and accurately evaluated my case giving me relief within my first visit. I very much appreciate that each session is resulting in treatments that are appropriate for my needs and tolerance level. Thank you Dr. Saario. I’ll be skipping soon!
We recommend Dr. Saario to everyone we know. I was living with back pain for 9 years before seeing him. Within 3 visits, the pain went away. He is very knowledgeable & we wouldn't go anywhere else for chiropractic care! He truly cares about people as well.

Dr. Scott Saario at ChiroCabarrus is awesome! His staff is very professional and helpful. I’ve seen other chiropractors in the past and Dr. Saario is different. He customizes the treatment base on your individual needs. I remember walking out of my first appointment with him feeling like I just had an one hour massage, acupuncture and chiropractic work done on me. It was AMAZING!!! My husband and I both see him, and I highly recommend him to all my family and friends. Also, his new office in Concord is fabulous!
