5 star review for Scott Saario and the employees at ChiroCabarrus. I was training for a full marathon and injured my back 5 days before the race. I was in major pain and was difficult to walk. Scott Saario knew it was a difficult goal to set for me to be running in 5 days. The treatment provided not only completed my goal to run but it allowed me to run a full marathon under 4 hours. I am so proud of the work they did and I would recommend ChiroCabarrus to those in need of a Chiropractor in order live healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Saario is simply the best! I visited him once about two years ago and was excited to hear about him opening a facility at Crossfit Vitality! He's very knowledable about chiropractic medicine! He has a wonderful staff and beautiful family!
Got an adjustment today at Crossfit Vitality and Doc Scott was brilliant - will for sure see him for a full assessment. Plus, anyone with 2 a's in their last name is wicked smart.

Dr. Saario is great! I have been there three times so far and will continue to go back. He knows what he is talking about and isn't like other doctors that just want to charge you for stuff you don't need. Definitely recommend for everyone with any issues neck down.
