Scott Scario is excellent with neck and back realignment. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and he is professional, gentle and has given me much comfort.
I was adjusted one week before giving birth to my son. My labor and delivery was so much easier thanks to those adjustments. I brought my infant in to get adjusted... he smiled. Infant tested...Mother APPROVED!!!

I own a gym near Fayetteville and was in Concord for the day for an Alzheimer’s fundraising event. I was lucky enough to get some table time during the event with Scott, who was just amazing. He dialed in my neck, which is always tight, and now I’m feeling great. I’d take Scott back to Fayetteville to work on all of my athletes if I could! I highly recommend his services if you get a chance to work with him.
I do triathalons and, CrossFit. Chiro Cabarrus has certainly helped my quality of life. I used to have a lot of pain on my tri bike during my races. That is no longer an issue. My quality of life is better thanks to Dr Scott.
