I wanted to order the Polo Asado as advertised, but they didn't have it, and was told to just make what I wanted. They were out of ice, rice and napkins. The restaurant did not look clean, tables were not clean. My food was very bland. I will not be back, and this is all I have to say. I will not be contacting you..

I've been here probably about 10 times. I love chipotle and know what to expect. Restaurant is very dirty. Food line is dirty with ingredients. Food does not taste like it should. Employees are lousy. There have been times where there are a lot of people working but one person is working the line. Just seems like no one is in charge and wants to be.

Went there today for dinner. When I got to the counter, the young lady with braids ignored me like I wasn’t standing there for about 3 min. When she finally did acknowledge me, I requested 2 identical orders. When she fixed the bowls, some of the chicken fell off the spoon which would’ve made my bowl mostly rice and beans with hardly any protein. I spoke up about it and she asked if I wanted double. Gave this location a few try’s and they just can’t deliver plus the seating areas be dirty. Not they fault, but something needs to be done.

Ordered online. Someone took the food before I arrived to pickup, and waited another 45 min to get my food. This chipotle is dysfunctional and employees were rude and not helpful. No source of leadership showed up when no one could decide what happened or what to do.
