The portion size was great, but the food was not hot. The guacamole was brown and the chips were stale. The counters were messy and dirty. The garbage cans were overflowing.
Everyone was so kind, it was really fresh and pretty clean dining area too! I think Aubri and Alex were in the front? They were super charismatic, attentive, and overall lovely staff! They really added to my experience! I will definitely being coming back, for the food and.. the service ;)
OMG, I love chipotle.. it's my life! I had such a great experience at the Duff location in Ames. It was clean, organized, and staff greeted me promptly. The food all seemed so fresh and tasted great! Basically best chipotle experience I have ever had! I even dined in and when I needed a cup, the girl I think her name is Alex.. was so enthusiastic! Will be coming back asap.
