I love chipotle, but unfortunately had a terrible experience at this location. We came in on a bus and a few places our orders a head of time to make it easier for the staff, but we apparently put the to go order in for the drive thru instead of walk up and the boy working (shown in picture) was very annoyed at this (even though it’s not a big deal) and was VERY rude to my students. Lol que pasa con los chipotles de estos lados? Soy de nj y solo por la pintuacion y los comentarios no me dan ganas de venir a este local😅, y no es solo este absolutamento todos los chipotles de estas zonas estan mal puntuadas , creo que los dueños deben reestructurar el servicio al cliente, aprendan de nj 😅
Chicken was spicier than normal...inconsistency. Steak consistency was of dog food...don't ask how I know what dog food consistency is like 😵💫 All tables were dirty...had to wet napkins to clean the tables myself.
It’s embarrassing that a corporation as large as Chipotle is consistently as understaffed as this location is. Once again, had to walk out because I do not have 20 minutes to stand in line on my lunch with one person working the line and 8 people waiting. The greed is unbelievable when a bowl costs $15. You can go to one of the many local Mom and pop Mexican restaurants, order, and eat for almost the same price in the amount of time it takes to even get served here.
