I live nearby so I'm here every couple of months. I've been to many other chipotle stores and none compare, this is by far the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Matter of fact, the only bad experience I've ever had has been at this store. If they're not out of something (often) they're understaffed and or no motivation to speed up. Today was it however, a salad with barely a handful of wilted lettuce, no beans as ordered, about tablespoon of rice, and a few and I mean FEW chunks of obviously BURNT chicken. I placed an order for delivery yesterday from this location at about 6 pm yesterday. My initial delivery time was supposed to be by 6:41 PM. After waiting for over an hour, my order was abruptly canceled at 7:13 PM. Although my money was refunded, I had to call customer service to try to get rewards points back that I had used for the order. All I got was a reward voucher that has to be used within 30 days. All my salsa dips and queso dips were upside down and spilled all over like they were thrown in the bag. And I paid extra for the dips that were tossed and spilled. Go to another Chipotle if you're able.
