I walk in and there is no line. All the workers stare at me like I’m a zombie and say nothing. They all continue to clean up, sweep, prep food without saying anything but occasionally look at me. Im standing there and now a long line forms behind me. Finally someone asks to help me and I ask for white rice, not only are they out, but they say they can’t even make any more cause they are out for the day. Every other ingredient the give me less than normal, I received barely any guac on my bowl.
The folks that work here work their as$es off. It shows. When it's busy, the consistency slips a little bit, but I'm telling you... The food and accuracy I get from this place is usually PERFECT. I see you guys and appreciate you. Thank you for what you do in, what I'm sure is, a thankless job. Also, the serving size controversy seems to have been corrected, and was not specific to this specific restaurant, or its workers... That was just corporate greed and it seems like the protests they faced made a difference.
No stars for service or atmosphere. This location is always out of everything. Employees talk on their personal phones while taking care of customers.
