Very unprofessional. Even called my sweet girl a “bad dog” after taking her here to get an eye scratch under control. After man handling my dog to the point of her pissing herself I decided to take her to Lakewood animal clinic, where they not only let me hold Lily while they checked her eye they also turned the light off in the room and explained how uncomfortable she was because of her eye scratch and the dim light would help. If you haven’t had a good experience here go to the Lakewood vet.
Fantastic Docs and the techs are great. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I live in Blue Springs but I drive to their clinic because I get great care and the hours work well. Not to mention affordable and all around great care.
Today went in with my cat. He was getting sick. They had me in and out really quickly. Gave him the shot and checked his neck. Great service thank you guys for helping my cat today.
Dr. Angie Holt is the best vet you’ll ever want to see. She cares about your animal(s) AND you!! Front desk, Linda, Lori etc. always helpful. I’ll never go anywhere else!!
Our family has used CRAC for 20+ years and have never been dissatisfied with their services. They treat animals with compassion and respect and keep you up to date throughout your pet's stay. This is a great local vet clinic, run by kind and caring individuals.
Went to this so called business to get my dog better. She had swallowed a dryer sheet 4 days ago. Can't poop and has diarrhea. They gave her a shot to stop diarrhea which it didn't at all. They lied about issue and charged me $26 for dog food?? Seriously? Left poop all over my dogs butt, said she has been quiet all day, as far as not pooping. Ummm, there was poop all over her. And the Dr. was asking me what I wanted to do. Really your the doctor. Should of done xray first, then something else. This is the second time these p... read more
