Bunny was acting strange, so I brought him in. Only waited a couple minutes and Dr. Cook was wonderful! Super nice and thorough!
The following was written in response to a 1* post: I am truly sorry for your experience at Chipman Road Animal Clinic. I have used this vet for approximately 18 years. I love them. They have always been very kind and gentle with my animals. I too prefer to keep using the same doctor. Not because I don't trust others, it's because my golden retriever Clifford has several medical issues and it's easier to use the same person. It can be a bit crazy at times since it's a walk in clinic but the people are nice and it's reasonable. I love that I don't have to make an appt.
If you ever have a half of a day to bring your pets in. It's a great place. I won't be back.
My boxer went in for his vaccines and I was warned he may have a reaction. Sure enough he did, and when I brought him back they got him on treatment to get the swelling down and the lumps to go away. I really appreciate them giving me the heads up of what can happen and they acted quickly before he got worse. I've Been Bringing my Pets Here since I was little.
Excellent veterinarians. They really care about the animals. It's not all about the money like some of the other veterinary hospitals in the area.
I love love love that they treat each animal like their own fur babies! And how understanding they are of different situations!!! Hours are convenient too!
