Dr Cook should get WORST VET AWARD!! So uncaring and has No follow through. I have never been impressed with this clinic!! Don't waste your time going there if you truly care for your pet!!

Staff are always so friendly and willing to carry my little Moose. He gets very anxious and refuses to walk back with anyone. Live this place. Been taking him there for four years since he was a puppy.
They are wonderful, kind caring and compassionet. They take excellent care of your pets and listen to all you concerns.
Ive been going to here for 22 years. My current furbaby has made it to 13 and a half years old and still counting. Between his care here and being on science diet his whole life he had had a long spoiled life ❤
My cat had surgery performed here and it has been a terrible experience for him. The entire staff is very friendly but they don’t seem to be up to date on new procedures and treatment. A few of the vets are great and others seem inexperienced or not as knowledgeable from what I’ve dealt with. They don’t take appointments so it’s first come first serve which can mean long waits. Due to the horrible experience my poor kitty had, unfortunately, we won’t be coming back here.
I can not say enough great things about Chipman Road Animal Clinic. They saved our golden doodle, Arrow and took incredible care of him. We can not thank them enough. Clients for life! Thanks again to all the vets and the entire staff!!
Can’t say enough about the care our dog received from Dr Rooney and Dr Holt and the staff. I’m so thankful that our dog is feeling better and was loved the whole time she was there. They were caring and comforting the entire time. No matter how many times I called to check on her :).
I have been take our pets there the past 20 years. During the saddest and most heartbreaking circumstances they have been Gracious and kind.
