We found Derrik on Zillow and requested information regarding a lot in Park City. He got in touch with us very quickly and was able to get us all the information we needed to to feel comfortable to buy the lot. It was a cash purchase and Derrik made sure everything was set up to close within a week and for a great price. Everything went great and I look forward to working with him again to sell our current home once we are done building.

Wow and Thank You!. Everything went smoother than I could have ever imagined. I had been searching for a property for my fiancee and I to buy for several months before reaching out to Derrik on Zillow. We are first time home buyers and Derrik made this whole process very fun, easy, and stress-free. We looked at a lot of homes and he seemed just as willing to take us on our first look as our 15th. The best part about working with Derrik is that he is able to answer all your questions and if he doesn't know something he tells you, goes and finds the answer and then is prompt to report back. He is very knowledgeable of the area which has been extremely helpful since we are looking in Park City as well as larger homes in Midway.
