TL;DR - Pros: Very friendly, good pre-appointment communication, tidy. Cons: Pricey (over $350 for a 30-minute visit as of this writing), "surprise" pricing i.e. not revealed at time of appointment scheduling, not super thorough, inconsistent interpretation of services to be provided between scheduling + performing, and late arrival. From the initial phone call to schedule the appointment, to the actual cleaning itself, Alex was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with their service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of chimney cleaning services.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Very rarely do I write reviews but AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. They quoted me 10,000 for a job that was quoted by two other companies for $3500. They try to take advantage of people. AVOID AVOID AVOID
