Legend has it, in South Brazil traditional gauchos (cowboys) would consume a diet that consisted almost entirely of beef. The meat was seasoned, placed on skewers, and slow cooked over a wood burning flame. Historically, gauchos were known for their generosity and hospitality.

Customer service is exceptional!
Food and service were awesome. One recommendation, your parking valet crew, is there a minimum requirement for their tips???? They appeared quite upset when I gave them a $3 tip. The guy i gave the tip to showed the other valet crew, said something in their native language, and laughed. I’m just curious as a customer.
Unique experience, fantastic food, and great service. Wish we know our servers name. He was perfect.
