Legend has it, in South Brazil traditional gauchos (cowboys) would consume a diet that consisted almost entirely of beef. The meat was seasoned, placed on skewers, and slow cooked over a wood burning flame. Historically, gauchos were known for their generosity and hospitality.

Hands down, the best Steak House around! If you're looking for a unique dining experience, Chima is the place to go! Love the atmosphere, and the service is top notch! Love it!
Went for 1st time on my date & I'm now in love with this place. Delicious food!
The hubby and I went here to celebrate our 9 years of marriage. The place looks so clean, organized and elegant. The staff are really nice. We had a really nice waiter that helped us with recommendations of food and informed us of what was at the salad bar. Even after my fifth visit to the restaurant I never knew there was rice there lol. Overall I had a really wonderful experience and the food served were all delicious. Highly recommend going to Chima.
Meat and and service were awesome! Great ambiance. Sides and desserts were not great....desserts especially. ☹️

Went there tonight and perhaps they were over capacity, well then they should have never accepted our reservation. I am only giving it two stars because previous visits were great but tonight was AWFUL. I sat there for 30 mins and not one single server came up to me to check what I needed. I sat there waiting and waiting and waiting and by 30 mins I lost my appetite, SAD that I had to pay for unlimited meat because that is most certainly what I did not receive. I'm not sure where to start. A definite splurge and so very worth it. Staff is beyond friendly but not fake, the meat was so tender and they really pile it on! You guys made my birthday so special, thank you guys so much!!!
I have been here a lot of time and food here are excellent 👍🏻- will come back for more - since they have a special deal I will take that opportunity to dine in- people have their own opinion - use your own judgment of food-
RecommendedPerfect. Way better than Fogo de Chao Of Tyson’s.
