Chima Steakhouse named after chimarrao, a traditional drink of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, that symbolizes hospitality and friendship-certainly lives up to its name. Legend has it, in South Brazil traditional gauchos (cowboys) would consume a diet that consisted almost entirely of beef. The meat was seasoned, placed on skewers, and slow cooked over a wood burning flame. Historically, gauchos were known for their generosity and hospitality.

the bartender asked me if i was pregnant after giving me my wine(I am not). Besides not being any of his business (drinking while pregnant isn't illegal) - when he came to apologize he said "a lot of women come in after a bad day and drink"...um ok.
Great great great Brazilian Steakhouse. Can't go wrong.
This is a place to come with family, friends, or special occasions. If you like meat of various kinds, a nice salad/fixings/mezze style bar to indulge yourself then this is a place to go. Very nice decour and ambiance. The only thing is that the need to infuse their lamb offerings with marinade to remove the lamb smell or after taste.
The food was good but the ambiance isn't as nice as it used to be a few years ago. I think it's the new lighting (led bulbs) that made it feel like a garage instead of a nice restaurant.
