Had them come out to clean and inspect chimneys, fireplace and wood burner. Long story short, the stove pipe from wood burner to wall was incorrectly re-installed. Pipe was not secured with screws properly and pipe was not inside far enough into the other pipe. I had one of tech's, Cameron, phone number. I called him and told him what my husband found and said. Even though I expected them to cancel due to snowy weather, Jake & his crew came to check our fireplace & chimney. They were on time. Very, very courteous & impeccably clean! I love dealing with professional, caring businesses!
