I'm a first time home owner with a fireplace the 2 gentlemen explained how to work the fireplace and what I should look for well burning. He came in with his cameras went up the chimney explained everything as he was going up. They were very clean and there was no sign that they were even here after they left. Be advised that you will pay $95 just for an estimate. They did not even climb up on the roof to make their assessment, but simply looked at it from ground level. The cost was exorbitant for the amount of repair needed on this little rooftop chimney, over $3000. I'm sure they do excellent work, but you better have very deep pockets. I went with another company, so I'm out $95 for nothing.
