AMAAAAZING people! And excellent service!! Jake rhine and his assistant came out to our home we just bought. The chimneys are in bad shape and we needed them to be inspected and put into working condition. They were extremely kind and professional and although we weren't able to get the chimneys working today, they gave us multiple options and explained everything to us and will be coming back to install a new wood stove insert for our chimneys! Wonderful people and service!
The guys were friendly and knowledgeable. They could answer all my questions. I would recommend them.
Just had Jake to my home for an inspection and cleaning. However, he noticed a safety issue that needs taken care of prior to this being done so those services were held off today. The repairs that need done can be done by their company, but never once did he pressure me to have them do it. He simply gave me the information that needs done to get the chimney up to national code. Chim-Cheroo repaired both of our chimneys and installed an Osburn insert replacing our gas logs. We absolutely LOVE it. Chim-Cheroo did an excellent, clean and thorough job. I was always afraid of our fire place, now I can build a fire all on my own thanks to the beautiful insert and expert advice that Chim-Cheroo gave us! Thank you!! I feel safe and warm in the winter!!!

We had a great experience with Mike. He was very professional, friendly and thorough cleaning and inspecting our fireplace. He found several areas that needed repaired and took time to explain everything thoroughly and give us options to repair. The fees were very reasonable. We look forward to working with them in the future.
