Chim Cheroo set the bar high. They were professional, knowledgable, and exuded top customer service from the very first encounter. They installed a wood burning stove insert for us and spent a great deal of time explaining to us how to use it. We requested several estimates from them for a few different scenarios to fix our fireplace. All of the estimates were fairly priced and they helped us choose the solution to best meet our need. We recommend without any hesitation. This is an honest, family run business!
We have been using Chim-Cheroo since we moved to Ashland 7 years ago. Always great service, and always so nice. They are always here when they say they will be. Couldn't ask for better.

Jake from Chim-Cheroo, showed up on time, was very personable & polite. Checked my chimney and discussed what needed to be done to correct the issues. Very knowledgeable and answered my questions, then got to work. Great job, cleaned up after himself and was on his way. I will have them back to work on my other property. I can highly recommend them for any chimney work that needs to be done. One very satisfied customer! Brad Strong

Jake and Don came out today to inspect my older fireplace, they did an awesome job, had some great suggestions for what I could do in the future to make this a great heat source for my house. Thanks again guys.
