Excellent service from Chim-Cherro Chimney Services. They came out in the bitter cold; cleaned and assessed our fireplace and chimney and did it all so quickly. They arrived when they said they would and were very informative. So thankful I had contacted them for this! Definitely recommend their services for your needs!
I saw a sign in Mansfield for this company and knew we needed to get our chimney cleaned and inspected. We called this company and they came in a timely manner. They were very polite and did a wonderful job! We will definitely call them again!
LOVE this company! These are the only people we have ever used to clean and inspect our chimney. Had an appointment today for between 10:00 and 1:00; got the call from Jake at 9:41 that they were on their way. In and out in 42 minutes, and that included the time Jake spent showing me pictures of what he'd seen on the masonry and possible options for taking care of it, as well as setting up our appointment for next year! Jason came to our home today, calling my husband within 20 minutes of his arrival. He took the extra time to put floor coverings down, cleaned our fireplace that we use all winter long and hopefully prevented a chimney fire in the future.
