I can't say enough about Chris McHugh at Chilson Subaru - this man is 'Not' your typical 'Car Salesman', in fact, he's way too nice to be a 'Car Salesman' and most dealerships wouldn't even hire him! This Guy is a Sweetheart and treated my Ex-Wife, who had 'two' strokes after we first met him, and was paralyzed on her left side with Compassion and Dignity, while sitting there at his desk in her wheel chair. I love subaru, so of course I went to Chilsons. I upgraded from a 2006 Tribeca, to a 2016 Outback. The technology had changed so much, but not only did Bob Carr answer all of my questions, and go through every detail of all the technology, and how all the other interior parts work (even the roof rack), He listened to what I wanted in a car and stuck within the price range I wanted to stay in, and not once got pushy to try to get me to spend more than I wanted to. These guys were great! So long story short, I came to them from out of state after speaking to Jeff for a good solid couple weeks. He dealt with my neediness awesomely, sending me pictures and video (I do my due diligence after sketchy dealings in the past) before I flew out, and helped me get set up with their financial gal, Cindy before I got there.
